Hi, The company I work for is one of the largest service providers in the UK with over 48000 employees worldwide. Gaining ISO20000 will prove to our customers that we truly align to the ITIL framework. My contribution to this site is based on knowledge obtained through my companys aim to achieve ISO20000 in 2009.

In addition, we have implemented a Process Mapping Tool to provide a graphical illustration for users to see our processes. This also gives us the facility to drill-down from key activities and deliverables to other applications such as PowerPoint, Video Clips, Word, Excel - it is exceptionally flexible.

My role within my company is as a Business Management Systems Consultant, with a background in Accounts, Sales, Planning & Logistics, Marketing and Customer Service. I am a registered lead auditor, prince2 registered practitioner and hold memberships to the CIQA and CIPS. These qualifications together with my knowledge and experience lends itself nicely in being able to adopt a 'practical approach' to process intergration. This knowledge I hope to pass onto others.
